A Concert Package is a video and photo package sold to fans at a merchandise table at a concert and online after the concert. A Concert Package earns money for your band and can increase merchandise sales.
What your band gets
Money for each Concert Package sold
A merchandise sales representative at the show who sells existing merchandise and concert packages
Continued sales and fulfillment of the Concert Package on the Internet after the concert
What fans get
A USB drive or DVD mailed to the fan with a super high-definition video of some of the songs
A photo package of the show that night
Additional digital assets which may include fan reviews, offstage footage of the band, and more
More Packages
Different packages available for fans to purchase can include swag and other merchandise. For example, Package B comes with more options or more merchandise than Package A. These can include exclusive swag that fans can only get through these packages, such as a hi-res digital picture with the band, guitar picks, drumsticks, set lists, etc.
How your band earns money
Income on sales is split in the following fashion:
(Cost of package – cost of merchandise) – commission to seller
We split the remainder
Examples
Video Package A for $25
merchandise cost is $7.50
we give a 10% commission to the merch seller ($2.50), leaving $15.00, of which the band earns $7.50
Video Package B for $60
merchandise cost is $15
we give a 10% commission to the merch seller ($6), leaving $39.00, of which the band earns $19.50
To qualify for a Concert Pack, your band must purchase a photography service and at least 6 songs in the videography service.
